Parker is a Male, Shih Tzu. HART was contacted by a lady who had Stage 4 cancer. She has had Shih Tzu's for years and due to her cancer has became overwhelmed with too many dogs. She asked us to take some of them and do our best to find them homes. We are doing our best to honor her wishes.
