I'm trying to make the world a better place. It doesn't pay well. I could put good use to someone's property after they are done with it. (does not have to be right away)
If you want to keep it pristine I will do that.
If you have acreage I'll farm it and use the money for charitable work.
If you have a lot of acreage I might set up a spiritual retreat in the middle of it.
If you have a house I'll take care of it and find people that need a place to stay in exchange for volunteering on my projects.
I'm a vegetarian. I won't hunt or your land.
If you have kids and you want to make sure they have a place to stay in an emergency (and don't sell the place and blow all the money) we can do that too.
