Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
̈ Program development and management.
̈ Facilitate the development, modification, loading and archiving, debugging, and maintaining
software updates on all “program driven” equipment.
̈ Improving overall processes and related issues including the following:
Process development
Creating process documentation
Production processing
Problem solving
Project management
̈ Contribute to the cost estimating, design, procurement, installation, and debug of tooling,
equipment and systems used in manufacturing processes.
̈ Responsible for following and contributing to quality systems and procedures.
̈ Adhere to Safety policies, providing feedback and support when needed on safety
related issues on equipment and processes.
̈ Support the document control function.
̈ Provide technical support to electricians as needed.
̈ Develop procedures and provide coaching on issues where training is not available or offered.
̈ Equipment design to include:
Review new and existing equipment purchases and renovations
Provide support from an electrical engineering perspective
Qualifications:
Education: Four year engineering degree or equivalent work related experience
Experience: Experience using electrical/electronic testing equipment, measurement
devices, and AutoCAD. Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical
troubleshooting skills. Experience with Allen Bradley PLC's, HMI’s,
Vision Systems, and motion control. Proficient using Allen Bradley ladder
logic to troubleshoot assembly and machining processes.
Six Sigma Greenbelt status and SAP experience preferred.
Full benefits package and relocation assistance available, Salary will range between $80,000 and $87,000 per year.
