Job Description
This IT Security and Sequencing Support Specialist will provide help desk support for sequencing and security systems as well as general IS support.
Will be responsible for the following:
Disaster recovery planning will be a responsibility
Systems redundancy planning for high availability
Will be responsible for managing OEM changes
Back up for management and administration of the security system (DVR and recording systems, cameras, etc…)
Support of the following IS functions:
QlikView System
Security/Surveillance/Badge Systems
Phone Systems
Production/Gantry Systems
MRP Systems (Plex and CMS)
Traceability (Perfect Part and TPM)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Query writing and development (plus, not required)
Ability to work with Network switches and cables as needed
Must have ability to manage broadcast rings and parsing
40% Travel required to plants, mostly day trip
Experience with security system managing and administration (DVR and recording systems)
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Training experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required - customer service skills.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills - team player
Proficiency with MS Office products required.
