If a technology solution is needed then the analyst works with technical staff to design the technical solution. A college graduate with training and several years experience in Business Analysis and application development is desired. This position requires experience with analyses, design and implementations of Information Technology Systems. Review and edit requirements, specifications; business processes and develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements. Collects information to analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems. Communicates needed changes to development team. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, manages client expectations effectively. Leads and conduct system and User Acceptance application testing efforts. In addition to experience with software application development or testing should also be seeking individuals with a high attention to detail and quality, a strong customer focus and a general understanding of application development methodology.
