Filemaker - make new stock/inventory database (Lexington) - Outsource.com (Lexington, KY) in Lexington, Kentucky For Sale

Hi,
I would like a database making in filemaker to organise antique furniture.
I want each item record to have:
Stockbook no.
Purchase price, bought from, year of purchase
Restoration costs
Asking price/trade price
Sold tick box, sold price, selling method, customer name
Tick boxes for where advertised (i.e., website/ebay/antiques atlas)
Item category, Period, Style, Age, Material and Item fields
Title
Longer description
Condition
Keys
Maker's marks (might need several of these depending on how search works)
Size fields for each of width, depth, height (preferably with second set automatically converting between inches and cm)
Additional sizes box
Containers for 8 photographs (with the photos being of a reasonable size for looking at detail once put into a report, maybe displayed as one large photo and the 8 thumbnails below/adjacent with the large photo displaying whichever thumbnail is clicked).
I would like it to be created so it can cover various types of searches I might need to do for example, just wardrobes, or mahogany wardrobes, or Georgian mahogany wardrobes.
Then for the purposes of sending to prospective customers I would like to be produce a pdf listing with company details & logo listing the search results and showing a large sized thumbnail image and some basic details like item title and price.
I would also like to produce a pdf information sheet of an individual record showing all images and most of the other details.
This is basically what I would like for the moment and then at some point I would imagine wanting a customer database, and a makers database setting up and the relationships set between them all.
I have Filemaker Pro 13 and use a Mac.
