Website needed (Lexington) - Outsource.com (Lexington, KY) in Lexington, Kentucky For Sale

I am looking for someone to take my content and themes that I have already purchased and create a website. One theme is HTML and the other is WP. Both were purchased through Envato/Themeforest. Both are responsive themes.
I have already written the content and have purchased the graphics that are needed. The site can be one page, or multi page, depending on what we ( Me and You) decide would be best.
The site will need to contain the normal information/pages such as: Home, About Us, Services, Contact Us.
If we can get this one up and running, there will most likely be two more websites to build.
