Company Description:Our client is a medical device company committed to the development of innovative products that improve clinical outcomes for patients.Job Description:Company seeks an individual to build a new arthroplasty division by leveraging the company’s current sales force of 35 direct reps The Company has strong market share ($25M) in the NYC orthopedic market as exclusive distributor for an industry leader, a best-in-class manufacturer of a broad array of surgical devices for the orthopedic market. The position will be strongly salaried with mid-$200K potential. It is a ground floor opportunity which will require superior selling, beta site creation, training, and leadership. Initially the product will have no direct reports, but will by the end of year 3 will have a dedicated sales team. Candidates must have demonstrated success in the total knee reconstruction arena in either a sales or a sales management role.
