Hello there. I have a duplex on UK campus right by the hospital and the football stadium. I am looking for a fellow responsible female to rent the room. Its about $500 a month per person with utilities + internet included, a little less or more depending on the electric bill. Amenities: carport, awesome walk-in shower, washer/dryer/dishwasher, neighborhood park two blocks away, open concept living/dining room, separate kitchen, quiet street with a nice mix of students and families. I'm offering the larger bedroom which is about 11 x 11. The landlord's son takes care of maintenance and mowing the lawn. This room will be available February 1, xxxx. My current roommate is moving then to Baltimore for a job offer. Thanks.
