I am in need of someone to sublease my room in a 4 br apartment ASAP. You would have a fully furnished room and private bathroom. There are no pets in this apartment but it is pet friendly if you wish to bring an animal. There are three other girls living there but they are almost never there because of heavy work and class schedules. The apartment has a full kitchen with a bar and 4 bar stools, a nice size pantry. The living room has a couch and love seat with a coffee table and tv stand. The apartment came with a flat screen tv in the living room. Cable and wifi is free there! Rent is just a flat $499 fee and thats it! The only reason I need to sublease so fast is because I am leaving to go back to school closer to home as my dad just found out he has cancer and I want to be as close to my family as possible.
