I am a 33 year old Father of two girls. Who I co-parent and have after 6pm most days during the week and every other weekend. So I'm looking for a place or to get my own place that would allow me to do this and be in a safe neighborhood. I would prefer a female roommate. On my free time I like to try and workout, do things outside, visit friends or relax and watch Netflix. I just want a place to be able do my own thing and feel comfortable.
