Job Description
Job Summary: The Retail Marketing Program Specialist will be a key member of the TPNA Retail Marketing Team and will be responsible for managing and assisting with a variety of marketing programs essential to overall retails marketing strategy and leveraging core brand objectives to help the retail division reach sales goals.
Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Key Results Area:
Manage on-line retailer advertising “tool box” support site for all TSI brands (digital asset management system)
Manage program for tracking, analyzing and reporting retail advertising share of voice for all TSI brands
Manage program for monitoring and reporting retailer advertising policy compliance for all TSI brands
Assist with communication and enforcement of noncompliant advertising
Assist with development of retailer advertising support materials for all TSI brands and media types including ROP newspaper, inserts, direct mail, local radio, local TV, and digital/interactive
Work closely with Brand Marketing to assist with development of retail displays, promotional materials, and forecasting of inventory needs
Assist with POP vendor selection and management
Assist with POP inventory and order processing system
Assist with execution of promotions and rebate programs
Provide front line support for the outside retail sales and training team including special handling of POP orders, ad support needs etc.
Assist with other marketing programs and projects as required and/or assigned
Other primary duties and responsibilities include the following; however, Management reserves the right to assign or reassign other appropriate duties to this job at any time. Proven track record of results while working in a marketing communications capacity
Strong consumer-centric approach to creative strategy -- setting as a foundation for enabling best in class consumer communications
Solid understanding of Retail Channel dynamics (home furnishings category experience not required)
Solid understanding of creative development process
Team player with excellent relationship building skills
Strong problem solving and creative thinking ability
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) – creative writing skills a plus

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing or a related field) or equivalent combination of experience
Minimum 2 years marketing communications or related field experience
May require some travel
